IOS 10!!! Apps not downloading

Today I upgraded my iPhone 6 to IOS 10. During the upgrade, I didn't have enough space ( which I found out later), So the phone displayed a message that it will temporarily delete 4 of my apps ( Tmobile, Google Photos, True caller and one more) and I said ok. After that the phone was upgraded and everything is working fine except, those 4 apps nither can I download nor can I delete them from my home screen. The apps just got freezed over the home and I can't do anything. Please suggest me with the possible solution.
